Having taken pilot training in England, sailed across the South Atlantic and throughout the Mediterranean  - I have learned the importance of preparation, focus, teamwork and the ability to harness the ambition for success each of us aspire to. Stress inhibits Success! - I have no doubt about that statement. Living for part of the year in Tucson, Arizona I have learned to love the desert, it's people and the fantastic climate.

With modern technology it is now possible to reach the world and share my knowledge and training with others. I still travel extensively to Africa and Europe to train and support people from all walks of life.  I find travel rewarding and it gives me the opportunity to work with other cultures and gain a better understanding of the people with whom we share our amazing planet.

As an ex Rotary Ann with a Bachelors Degree in Commerce and qualifications in Profiling, Economics and Human Resources, I enjoy empowering others to reach for their dreams and enable them to escape their stress. I sail whenever I get the opportunity, love to hike, paint and write for relaxation. My stress is managed by doing the things that I am passionate about as often as I can. They say.... "busy people 'Make Time' !
